Elizabeth founded Rise to Excellence, LLC in 2007.
With 30 years of professional experience, academic accomplishment, and professional training, Elizabeth has built her expertise in human resource administration, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategic planning and training, and non-profit management. and sustainable resource building and leadership training. Elizabeth has been recognized as an accomlished leader in her local community, state and national organizations and a proactive societal change-agent. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, spending time with her three sons, 96 year old mother and two Bernese Mountain Dog Benkei and Hannah

Entrepreneur
Elizabeth founded Rise to Excellence, LLC, in 2007 to work as a single parent so she could simultaneously focus on raising her three young sons while pursuing her professional passion helping leaders become better managers, and managers become better leaders. Elizabeth also helped launch The Warner Group, Inc. a successful Johnson & Johnson DePuy Spine exclusive distributor of medical devices, surgical tools, and OsteoBiologics and provides consultancy to other emerging MBE and WBE businesses.
